Support
Email support@skycang.com for help with any LocalOps tool. To make a fix possible on the first reply, include the tool name, your browser and version, the steps you took, and what you expected to happen. A screenshot helps when the issue is visual.
- Tool name and page URL
- Browser and operating system
- The file type or input shape, if relevant
- The exact error message or unexpected result
- Whether the problem happens every time or only once
Privacy and data requests
LocalOps tools process files in your browser, so we usually have no copy of your document to delete. Anonymous usage analytics are aggregate event counts, not file contents. If you believe we hold personal data about you, email support@skycang.com with the subject line "Privacy request" and describe what you are looking for.
Billing and refunds
LocalOps Studio is free, so there is no LocalOps subscription to cancel. Paid plans belong to ScanSheet. For a ScanSheet billing question, include the email address on the account and the payment reference. Never send a full card number by email.
Security reports
If you find a security problem, email support@skycang.com with the subject line "Security report". Include a short description, the affected URL, and reproduction steps. Please do not include real customer data or live credentials in the report; a redacted proof of concept is enough.
Before you email
Check whether the problem happens in a private window with extensions disabled. A surprising number of browser-tool issues come from an extension that rewrites downloads, blocks workers, or intercepts clipboard access.
Also try a second browser. If the problem follows the file rather than the browser, mention that; it changes the diagnosis.
What we cannot help with
We cannot recover a file that was never uploaded, because we never had it. We cannot undelete browser storage after you clear site data. We cannot provide legal, tax, or security advice beyond explaining how our products work.
We also cannot support modified copies of the tools hosted on other domains. If you use a fork, ask the fork's maintainer first.
Reporting a broken page
If a page returns an error, include the URL, the time, and whether it happens in a private window. If the page loads but a button does nothing, open the browser console and include the first error line; that usually identifies the failing script without a back-and-forth.
Please do not paste an entire console log. The first error and the steps are enough, and a full log may contain account identifiers.
What to expect
We are a small studio and answer in the order messages arrive. Clear, reproducible reports get a faster response than a one-line "it does not work". We do not use automated support bots, and we will not ask you to upload a private document to diagnose a browser-side problem.
Frequently asked questions
What is the support email?
support@skycang.com. It reaches the same team that builds LocalOps Studio, ScanSheet, and TapLoop Arcade.
Should I send my file to support?
Usually no. Most LocalOps problems can be diagnosed from the browser, input shape, and error message. If a file is essential, redact it first.
How do I request deletion of analytics data?
Email support@skycang.com with the subject "Privacy request" and the details you want removed. We will confirm what can be identified and what is only stored as aggregate counts.
